How to Measure Yourself

Right, you’ve searched Scrunchy Pants and found the perfect workout gear. You’ve kitted yourself out head to toe. And it’s all in your basket ready to go but wait, there’s something you need to do before you buy!

Make sure you have the perfect fit.

Taking your correct body measurements is essential to getting the most out of your workout clothes.
It may seem like it won’t matter too much but taking this extra step could really make the difference to your comfort. And really there’s no need to make your workout any harder!

So take a little time and follow our simple guide to measuring your body so you can be sure you’re wearing the exercise clothes that suit you best.

Bust

 Place the tape around the fullest part of your bust – hold securely but don’t constrict.

Waist

Place the tape around the slimmest part of your waist – usually at the belly button.

Hips

Place the tape around the fullest part of your hips – usually just above the top most part of your thighs.

Inside Leg

Stand on the bottom of the tape and take it up the inner length of your leg until you reach the crotch area.

Outside Leg

Stand on the bottom of the tape and take it up the outer length of your leg until you reach the top of your hips or your waist.
